Washer Water Damage

SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford recently received a call from Peach Bottom, PA after a homeowner had experienced a significant water damage event on their property. Their washer had a slow hose leak for three weeks, causing water to leak through the floor into the basement. The ceiling and drywall were affected, but luckily the damage wasn’t too severe.
Our water restoration professionals visited the site immediately to assess the damages and begin the water mitigation process. Once all signs of water were removed from the affected areas, we laid down drying equipment for four days to ensure the space was completely dry. This was critical in order to prevent water or mold damage in the future.
The homeowners were so satisfied with our services and crew that they decided to use us for repairs as well. SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford is thrilled we were able to make this unexpected disaster “Like it never even happened.”
