David Hughes, President of SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford, gave a presentation at the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce about the SERVPRO Emergency Ready Profile. ERPs are a free service offered to local area businesses that helps them be ready for whatever happens!

Hughes told the audience that by preparing with an ERP, you can minimize the amount of time your business is inactive.  Knowing who to call in advance is the key to timely mitigation, and timely mitigation reduces the effects of fire and water damage.

Elements of the ERP include employee and emergency contacts, utility contacts, shut off locations, primary contact information, insurance contacts, property overview and building access information.
