As a childcare facility in the Southern Chester County area, you can imagine the high traffic of our flooring. The team that came to the center and cleaned our carpets and floors was AMAZING!!! I will always use SERVPRO for our center.

SERVPRO of Kennett/Oxford just finished a COVID cleaning and a mold remediation for our church - Greater Works Ministries. From the first call with Ashley to the cleaning with Rosy, Daniella, Chelsy, Kendall, Dave & George ... they were all professional & courteous. They did a wonderful job and were extremely thorough. They had no problems answering any questions and made sure we were happy as they progressed. They were all very positive & upbeat from the time they arrived to the time they left. I am pleased to say that Bob and the Repairs team did an excellent job of guiding us through the process of restoring our building on the outside of the building and inside the room affected by the accident. The persons he selected to do the work – from the restoration of the brick front to the custom windows to the heating unit, painting and carpeting – were excellent choices. Mr. Sciarra was accessible to answer our questions even after hours and respected our concerns – always keeping the best interest of the church at the forefront. He promised, delivered and represented SERVPRO very well.

Bob Sciarra and his team were wonderful during our recent rebuild.  Bob is amazing at what he does for SERVPRO.  He gave me the confidence needed to know the project was going to be completed on time and to my likely.  The quality of the workmanship was superior.  Bob and his team should be commended for a job well done.
