Our SERVPRO crew from Kennett Square did a fantastic job with remediating our basement in the Downingtown Borough after the flood. PM Jason was a delight to work with, professional and courteous, as were his team members Chelsy & Joey. They had a lot of dust and creek sediment to deal with; our basement looks so much better and it helps us feel that we really are on the road to a full recovery. I would certainly recommend. On April 30th, between 2:00-4:00 PM, there was a huge storm with non-stop straight line winds at 65-75 mph. It took a portion of our roof off. Then the water began dripping. We only had four buckets so we called SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. They came right out that evening and didn't leave until 11:30 PM. In the dark and the rain, they tarped our roof and crawled up into our attic to assess the damage that they would be fixing the next day. They were great. They were with us that Friday, Saturday and Sunday, until the job was done. They were just GREAT.

SERVPRO was professional from start to finish for our job. Mike, our initial contact, was courteous and efficient. Tony, the foreman onsite throughout the job, was absolutely excellent. He was professional, courteous, prompt, kind, responsible, reliable, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make life as easy as possible. He put up plastic walls and cleaned very thoroughly at the end of each day. His team of helpers did a fantastic job too.

I enjoyed working with Jonathan and Q on the cleanup from my home's flood damage from Hurricane Florence. They were here quickly.

Great experience with SERVPRO. They helped us out in a time of crisis when a leak in our kitchen created mold and an unlivable situation. The team was awesome.
